Mel's
A native of Nebraska, Mel graduated from Chadron State College in 1970 with a degree in Business Administration, Economics and an endorsement in Accounting. Mel served in the Army as a Fire Direction Control Officer. He managed the family farm in Sheridan County before moving to Rapid City in 1984. He sold timeshares at Hart Ranch Resort for two years. After which he worked as an Inventory Control Supervisor for a family held corporation, traveling to Virgina, the Carolina's, Florida, Idaho, Wyoming, Nebraska and Utah on a monthly basis for 13 years. Mel obtained his Real Estate License in September 1997 and during his career at Coldwell Banker he has brokered over $126,000,000 worth of transactions as of 2007. He works primarily in Commercial and Farm & Ranch Real Estate.
